Splash in the tide, walk the wet sand or play in the tidepools.....even find some wax from a shipwreck many years ago. If you're feeling especially adventurous, hike the mountian and look for the hyrogliphics on the rocks that may lead to TREASURE!

Security Deposit - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.
Cancellation Policy
Pets are allowed with fee and good manners!

Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.

* Cancel within 48 hours of booking and 14 days before check-in to get a full refund.

* Cancel up to 7 days before check in and get a 50% refund.

* Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

Property Rules
Self check-in with lock box.

• Remove shoes in home.
• Wash & dry all linens used during stay.
• Wash all dishes and put away.
• Turn off all electrical/lighting. Turn down heat to 55 degrees.
• Lock all doors and windows and hot tub.
• Return keys to lock box.

Because of the local residents as well as the other guests in the area, please be courteous to your neighbors. Keep noise level down and activities indoors after 10 p.m. In the event there were ever any excessive noise or disruptive behavior, you will be asked to leave the premises without refund. Please obey parking restrictions. The owner or contact person shall notify every renter, in writing, of the quiet times and that a renter may be fined for violations under this Ordinance. The owner shall provide covered garbage containers that can be secured by a bungee cord or other means. The owner shall notify guests that all garbage must be kept in secured containers provided for that purpose. DO NOT leave trash sitting next to garbage can OR un-secured in can! Parking shall remain off-street. Parking shall not, under any circumstances, hinder the path of any emergency vehicle. Renters may be cited and fined under existing State law or this Ordinance in the event they park illegally. Please treat homes with the utmost respect during your stay. If you notice anything not working, out of order or broken, please contact our office ASAP! Please follow proper procedures during your stay and at time of departure. If you do not, it’s possible you could lose your security deposit. You will be asked to sign a confirmation stating that you understand all of the above. Do not go over the occupancy of 9 person, 4 vehicle max. Pet rules: Feet wiped off upon entry, no fleas, no chance of any accidents because it is taken for walks often, not allowed on furnishings and never EVER left unattended in home! NO RV's, Campers or tents allowed.
