Absolutely wonderful! Stayed On: Jun 2017
Written On 06/17/2017

I just returned from my second stay in this home, and I hope to return in the future. One of my favorite things about it is the wonderful outdoor space. Prescott weather in June is generally comfortable in the shade, and this home allows me to enjoy the front porch in the cool mornings. Then the back patios are lovely for the afternoon and evening when I am not out doing something else. I also love walking in the early mornings, and the mature trees of the neighborhood make for a perfect walking environment where I don't have to worry about the heat of the high altitude sun. The home is located within walking distance of downtown if you can handle the hills, and the historic homes in the neighborhood add to the beautiful scenery. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality appliances, furniture and linens. With the master bedroom on the main level with the living area and the other two bedrooms and bath downstairs, it is a very livable space. Thank you, Doug, for sharing your lovely home with me again!

This house was perfect for our small family gathering. The house is great and located near Safeway and the Prescott Courthouse Square. The patio area was a great way to enjoy a fire and reflect on the day.

Beautiful house and Fantastic Location in Prescott! Stayed On: May 2017
Written On 05/29/2017

The pictures looked great, and the actual house exceeded the pictures! The house is in an excellent location, you can walk to downtown Prescott. The house is immaculate and tastefully decorated! The multi level house suited our needs perfectly! The owners have thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. plates, etc. The view of the night sky was the clearest I have seen in many years. The outdoor fireplace was a favorite spot for us to spend the evening in front of it. The owners have stocked house with movies, books and games for your entertainment. The weather was perfect when we were there the 3rd week in May. We will definitely rent this house again! Thank you for a great vacation week!
